By using the smartshop.ltd website and ordering services, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you disagree with any provisions, please do not use the site.

1. Description of Services

The smartshop.ltd website provides services for purchasing ready-made Apple Developer Program accounts (Individual and Company), as well as renewal services for existing accounts. Accounts are registered through the official Apple website and are provided with full access.

2. Order Terms

  • Orders are placed through the Telegram bot on the site.
  • After payment, the account is delivered within the timeframe specified at checkout (typically 24–72 hours).
  • The buyer agrees to use the account in accordance with Apple Developer Program rules.
  • Transfer of the account to third parties is permitted only in compliance with Apple's terms.

3. Payment

  • Payment is made before account delivery unless otherwise agreed.
  • For account renewal, payment is made only after successful renewal.
  • Accepted payment methods are specified during checkout through the Telegram bot.

4. Guarantees

  • 7-day guarantee — if the account is blocked by Apple for reasons unrelated to the buyer's actions within 7 days of delivery, we will replace the account or provide a refund.
  • The guarantee does not cover cases where the buyer violates Apple Developer Program rules.
  • 2FA via Telegram is provided free for 14 days; further service — $5/month.

5. Limitation of Liability

smartshop.ltd is not responsible for:

  • Account suspension resulting from the buyer's violation of Apple Developer Program terms.
  • Any losses related to using the account in violation of Apple's rules.
  • Actions taken by Apple Inc. regarding developer accounts.

smartshop.ltd is not affiliated with Apple Inc. All references to Apple are used for informational purposes only.

6. Intellectual Property

All site materials (texts, design, logos, images) are the property of smartshop.ltd and are protected by copyright. Copying without permission is prohibited.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. The current version is always available on this page. Continued use of the site constitutes agreement to the updated terms.
