About the role

SmartShop is an Apple Developer account provider for developers, app studios, and media buying teams. We have been operating since 2024 and have already delivered more than 2,000 accounts to our clients.

We are looking for a Junior Account Farmer IOS to assist the Farming Department Lead. The main responsibility is to receive newly created accounts, verify them, prepare them for handover to clients, and oversee all related processes.

This is not an iOS developer position — no coding required. We are open to entry-level candidates and students who are confident computer users, familiar with Apple's infrastructure, and ready to learn quickly.

What you will be doing

  • Receive Apple Developer accounts from the teams responsible for creating them.
  • Verify access credentials, account details, and current statuses using an internal checklist.
  • Ensure that all required Apple agreements have been accepted.
  • Prepare accounts for handover to clients.
  • Change and recover email addresses, passwords, and other account details.
  • Submit accounts for payment and monitor the completion of this stage.
  • Resolve technical and operational issues related to the accounts.
  • Maintain account records and update their statuses promptly.
  • Work with profiles in the Octo Browser anti-detect browser.
  • Escalate complex or unusual cases to the Farming Department Lead.
  • Complete all processes under the guidance and with the support of the lead.

What is important to us

  • Confidence in using computers and online services.
  • An understanding of Apple's infrastructure, including Apple ID, Apple Developer, App Store Connect, and related services.
  • Experience with Octo Browser or other anti-detect browsers. If you haven't worked specifically with Octo, you should be ready to learn it quickly.
  • The ability to use AI tools in your daily work.
  • Fluency in Ukrainian or Russian.
  • Intermediate English or higher, sufficient for working with interfaces, instructions, and support teams.
  • Attention to detail and care when handling access credentials and confidential information.
  • Responsibility, a systematic approach, and the ability to follow instructions.
  • A willingness to learn and develop your expertise in Apple Developer accounts.

💡 Previous experience with Apple Developer accounts is an advantage but is not required. We welcome students and candidates without commercial experience.
